You’ve found the time to work out by making fitness a priority. You overcame your fear of lifestyle change and committed to a life of fitness. But this is where your next excuse comes into play – the excuse that really prevents you from reaching your goals and the reason you still don’t work out. You just can’t find:
You feel great when you’re motivated. You can do anything! But the problem is that your motivation never lasts. It may last for a day, or a week, or even a couple months, but eventually you lose your motivation again. One day it’s there. Then it’s gone.
Yesterday I suggested that the main reason you don’t work out is because you believe that you don’t have enough time. Hopefully I’ve sold you on the fact that once you prioritize fitness, you will find the time for it. But this mythical lack of time isn’t the only thing keeping you from working out. The second reason you don’t work out:
