Looking to get in shape for summer? This six-week course will give you a great start with workouts every Saturday, a 90 minute nutrition seminar by Dietitian Cassie to get your diet pointed in the right direction, and support from your trainer Mark Spurbeck. Also take part in friendly competition through online fitness challenges during the week and receive an awesome Rebel Bootcamp Survivor t-shirt upon completing the course.
