Kettlebell swing instructions

When people try the kettlebell swing for the first time, they often lift the kettlebell and swing it with their arms and shoulders. The key is to use the hips. If your hip thrust isn’t quick or “violent” your kettlebell won’t  swing very high and you’ll find yourself struggling. You really have to pop your hips, like this guy.

What’s Your Focus?

What’s your focus?

This is an idea stolen directly from Lululemon Athletica. I love their brand and ideas.

Last month they had a challenge to post a picture inspired by a daily word. It was a lot of fun for my wife and a cool way to think about your focus.
